Invest 90 Minutes Each Fortnight to
Help Build Your Network’s Success

We understand the pressure senior franchisor executives are currently under, and the value they place on quality peer support. Which is why we are delighted to once again offer this interactive Virtual C-Level Franchisor Forum for CEOs and Department Heads of established franchise networks.

The Forum will build on our previous successful virtual Forums where 100% of participants rated the process and our use of technology as delivering a great experience. Ideal for past participants to continue their peer learning journey, as well as franchisor executives who would like to now join. The format is simple but powerful:

  • A high level global mentor will engage with the group for 30 minutes on a topic relevant to keeping a franchise network healthy and growing.
  • You will then move into frank and honest peer discussion groups to share challenges and best practice on hot topics of your choosing.
  • We will collect and summarise key points from the guest mentor and peer discussions, and circulate these as a learning loop to maximise ROI.
  • Peer breakout groups are not recorded to create a safe and confidential space for open discussion.
  • The process is professionally facilitated to ensure everyone’s time is used productively and effectively.

FACT: 97% of participants said the inaugeral C-Level Forum delivered a good to excellent return on investment

Launching Tuesday, July 28

This Forum series will launch on Tuesday, July 28 and consist of five tightly run 90-minute sessions, held fortnightly. While break-out discussions will revolve around hot topics selected by the group, we anticipate these will include:

  • Making a successful move to online delivery of products and services
  • Keeping Support Office teams efficient in a disrupted environment
  • Helping franchisees to build sales, customer growth and market share
  • Recruiting quality franchisees in the current environment
  • Growing future franchisees from within your network
  • Ensuring your field teams are providing useful virtual support

What Participants Said about our Inaugural C-Level Forum

Fifty senior franchisor executives attended our inaugural C-Level Forum last month. Participants said they particularly appreciated the knowledge and experience shared by the high level guest mentors, and the way these sessions were tightly facilitated.

They also gained a lot of value from the frank and honest small group conversations with peers, which reaffirmed where they were on the right track, as well as helping to identify fresh ideas to effectively lead their networks out of the pandemic.

We will continue to use these processes in this new Forum series, as well as providing summaries of key ideas to emerge from the discussions.

“Impressive and outstanding in how this was conducted.”

Ken Rosebery, CEO, The Cheesecake Shop.

“Provided a really useful opportunity to network at the leadership level.”

Kelly Tunstall, CEO, Blue Wheelers.

“Each session was well planned, well facilitated and insightful.”

Elise Gillespie, Joint-CEO, Bakers Delight.

“Brilliant. I especially loved the opportunity to share and learn from others.”

Michel Ermer, National Operations Manager, Retail Zoo.

“Highly relevant topics, top quality speakers, and brilliant use of technology to connect everyone.”

Brendan Green, CEO, Hire A Hubby.
