“A perfect balance of stories and information.” This participant comment summed up the mood from FRI's Bricks & Clicks Franchisor Forum where 60 franchisor executives and 11 leading omnichannel experts came together to share information and insights. The case studies by CEOs and CMOs from leading brands, including Kwik Kopy, endota spa, Howard’s Storage World, JAX Tyres and The Laser Group, were particularly insightful and one of the most popular aspects of the program.
