There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. Greg Nathan spoke as part of an expert panel on the topic of Crisis Management in Franchise Networks and contributed as an active member of the Franchise Relations Committee. Greg was also awarded his CFE along with 154 other franchise executives. This ceremony marked the thousandth CFE graduate! Another highlight was the launching our new book, "The Franchise Relationships Book of Tips".
