There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. We were privileged to be invited for the 14th year in a row to deliver workshops and a keynote address at the Franchise Association of New Zealand's (FANZ) annual conference.
As you can imagine it's not easy to come up with fresh material every year for the sophisticated kiwi franchising sector. This year Greg Nathan invited jazz singer, June Pitman to join him on stage and sing a version of the song, "Heaven Smiles on the Franchisor Who Cares". June's day job is Sales Manager with Franchising New Zealand Magazine.
