There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. We are extremely proud to have hosted the first franchise operations conference in Australia. And we were particularly pleased with the learning culture that was achieved as 218 franchise operations executives from 75 brands shared their experience in 30 separate talks, research briefings, breakout sessions and round tables.
Thanks to everyone who attended for your contribution. With 87% of delegates reporting they achieved their objectives, we think this is pretty good result! We are now busy planning for next year's conference to be held in May 2016.
