FRI Director, Jewli Turier, flew ‘across the ditch’ to Auckland to facilitate our popular Field Manager Bootcamp, and then to deliver to a keynote address on The Psychology of Boosting Franchisee Engagement at the Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) Conference.

A fantastic group of franchisor executives from brands including Super Liquor, Business Franchise Group, Quinovic, Pit Stop, Spanbild and Mad Mex attended the Bootcamp. Participants spent two days filling their field manager toolkits with a range of new techniques and strategies and gave the event a big thumbs up with an overall satisfaction rating of 94%. We can’t wait to bring the program back to NZ in 2017!

Jewli then drove down South to attend the FANZ Conference. This was the 17th consecutive year FRI has supported the FANZ Conference with a keynote address. Drawing on FRIs recent research, Jewli shared five strategies on how franchisors can better engage franchisees at crucial stages of their business journey.
