Professor Cheryl Babcock from the International Institute for Franchise Education, asked if we could deliver our Franchise Relationships Masterclass and a conference keynote for the Philippines Franchise Association (PFA). Little did we know Typhoon Glenda would be thrown in for good measure!

The Philippines is a vibrant hub of franchising activity with a strong sector of homegrown and international franchisors. The PFA has also been an early adopter of the Certified Franchise Executive program. Greg Nathan delivered the Masterclass as part of the CFE to over 90 franchisor executives. While the conference was delayed due the typhoon, Greg extended his trip and delivered the opening keynote on "The Psychology of the Franchise Relationship" to over 400 delegates. You can read about Greg's adventure in his tip 'The Day the Lights Went Out'.
