Part of our Charter is to support the professional and personal development of young people, so we were please to conduct a session on leadership insights for 25 MBA students at LaTrobe University.

Greg Nathan, who led the session, opened by asking them to list the attributes they are aspiring to develop in themselves and why. This stimulated a vibrant discussion and was followed by us presenting some of the work we do on franchise leadership. We also shared some of our research, with generated many interesting questions from the eclectic group of young professionals from several industries.

Program coordinator, Susan Inglis, later said the students found the session invaluable and particularly enjoyed the "gems of practical wisdom" we were able to impart.
